Unfortunately, there is no way to get the LAN button back. Garena's developer removed the button. All the users experience the same problem because there is no way to play LAN games over Garena anymore. There is no information about the future modifications that developers are planing on doing next, so it's advised to visit their official website regularly to find the latest news.

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Alternatively, check your firewall and make sure that Garena is allowed to communicate with Internet. In other case, it's possible that Garena services are down for maintenance.
In order to recover or reset your password, you need to go at Garena official web page, to enter your username and email and to press the Reset button. You will receive and email with your password and all the instructions to reset it.
Please help! I can't connect to Garena. When I log-in it says 'failure to connect the server'. I tried many times to re-install it but it doesn't work. What can I do to fix it?

This could be a connectivity issue. Try to configure your firewall to allow Garena to connect to its servers. Restart the computer, although it's not necessary but just to be sure. If you can not connect it means there is either something wrong with your Internet or servers are down or you are not allowed to connect to their servers.
Before starting the game, press Settings > Executable Settings and using the hand lens, navigate to the game installation directory, select its executable file and press OK. This should fix the error.
The Frozen Throne is not showing. Can someone help me?

To solve this issue I suggest you try visiting the following forum 1 where the installing and configuration process is being explained. Also, you can try visit forum 2 where the same problem as yours is being discussed.
In order to fix the issue, go to Start, type Windows Firewall and open the utility. Click Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to the Garena application. If you can't see the software in the Allowed Programs and Features window, use the Allow another program button to navigate to the Garena installation folder. Select its executable file and click Add. Also, make sure that your antivirus doesn't block the connection. If the problem is not solved, turn off your modem/router, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. After that, go to Windows Firewall, press Advanced Settings and select Inbound Rules. Click New Rule from the right side, check the Port box, click Next, select All local ports and then Next again. Check the "Allow the connection" box, press Next twice and follow the instructions. As a final solution, uninstall your current version of the software and install Garena+.
